AFEZ OF THE HEART stocks the largest range of Turkish tiles in W.A. These tiles are the original Iznik patterns from Kutahya, Turkey. We have feature panels of two pieces or six pieces, and we have patterned tiles and borders which you can buy by the running metre. We are happy to assist you to create your own individual design. These patterns have been used for centuries to create water features or in modern times to decorate bathrooms and kitchens with a timeless appeal.
Afez imports tiles and ceramics from India - new production from Jaipur, in traditional colours and patterns and also a great range of recycled old tiles reclaimed from buildings built during the early 20th century in Rajasthan. These are great to use when restoring old Federation style houses and cottages. Using these original patterns gives your house a more authentic touch and enhances the architecture of the period.
Afez also holds a large range of Moroccan, Turkish and Indian ceramics. The pieces are all hand painted some of the Moroccan plates and ginger jars are embellished with metal trim and camel bone.
The Turkish ceramics are made from porcelain and are hand painted in traditional colours and patterns with beautiful fine lines. These pieces are very high quality, some have been painted by special artists and are limited editions. The quality of these pieces speaks for themselves...
